Thank you for shopping with Avera Paris. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery practices, timeframes, and terms applicable to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to delay processing if additional verification of payment or shipping information is required, or in cases of suspected fraud. Should any significant delay occur, we will notify you by email.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Orders to addresses outside these regions cannot be fulfilled at this time. If you are unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing an order.
Orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment center and delivered via trusted shipping carriers. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase, so there are no surprises.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment online. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We are unable to predict the exact amount of any duties or taxes, as these vary by country and product. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in the package being returned or destroyed by the carrier, and we cannot be held responsible for such outcomes. In such cases, refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy and may be subject to deductions for outbound shipping, return shipping, and any fees incurred.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@avera-paris.com. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost packages: If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package is presumed lost, please contact us at contact@avera-paris.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Stolen packages: Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the parcel. We may, at our discretion, assist with carrier investigations in cases of confirmed theft.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is not collected from the carrier's holding location within the timeframe set by the carrier, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), the Australian Consumer Law, the Consumer Protection Act (Canada), and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). Customers in the United States retain all rights afforded under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.
