Yes. The flat microfiber head is safe on sealed hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile and stone. For unsealed wood, wring the pad out fully and use it barely damp.
The bucket has three chambers. You dip the pad in the clean 2L tank, mop, then press it into the ribbed work chamber — the dirt is scraped off and drains into the dirty tank, which never flows back. You keep mopping with clean water until the clean tank is empty.
Not for a long while. Four pads come in the box and each one takes around 200 machine washes. Wash them at 40°C with no fabric softener and let them air dry.
The bucket is 40cm tall, 36cm long and 17cm deep, so it stores upright in a utility cupboard. The handle extends to 136cm, which suits most people without stooping.
