Unscrew the head
Turn the handle anticlockwise until the top plate lifts away.

Drop in a fresh blade
Unwrap it, hold it by the flat sides and sit it on the two posts.

Screw it back down
Tighten until it stops. The blade is held top and bottom, at 30 degrees.

Used blades go in a metal tin or a sharps container, never loose in the bin.
