1. Start with clean, dry skin. Give it a minute after washing. Retinal sinks in further on damp skin than you want it to.
2. Squeeze out a grain of rice. That is the whole face. More is not faster.
3. Dot it where you want the change. Across the forehead, between the brows, along the folds beside your mouth, and on the bone under your eyes.
4. Press it in with your fingertips. Do not rub or drag, especially under the eyes.
5. Moisturiser on top once it has settled. If your skin runs sensitive, moisturise first and this over it.
6. Night only. Sunscreen the next morning, last step.
A light tingle for a minute or two is meant to happen. Stinging that does not stop means use less, less often.
